WHEN YOU COME TO SE US
Please arrive at our clinic 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. A consultation involves observation and examination of your pet. The intensity and focus of the examination is determined by the breed, age, sex and condition of your pet and the particular problem for which he or she is with us. We will be asking questions, clarifying any uncertainties, discussing the initial problem, and finally recommending any further evaluations and recommended treatments. We generally try to present a range of options where more than one option exists.
How you choose to proceed is a decision for you to make. Of course, when asked we will always help with your decision-making. All of us use the same context when helping with decisions.
2 HOURS OF FREE PARKING IN FRONT OF THE CLINIC
IMPORTANT: You must register your parking digitally through parking apps, parking machines or have a Frederiksberg parking license. You must register from the time you park your car. The first 2 hours are free. This applies to all business days between 07:00 and 24:00. (Saturdays between 07:00 and 17:00).
You will no longer need to use your car’s parking disc to the same extent as before. The parking disc should only be used in places with limited parking. For example, it may be on the stretches where you can only stay for 30 minutes or 1 hour.
